Mila: 19 weeks old…
Hi there. My little sleepyhead is now 19 weeks old.

So, Mila slept in her crib for the first the night before and you know what? She slept exactly the same. She sleeps about 5 hours, then 2 and then wakes up every hour or so. And that 2nd part of the night when she wakes up hourly really sucks. So, I just leave her in bed with me. Watch out Mila. Sleeping training might be just around the corner for you!

Mila just loves hanging out with her big sister Ava.

But sometimes Ava doesn’t like when Mila is around.

Because Mila is starting to pull Ava’s hair.

Over the weekend, I took the girls on my first solo trip alone with them to hang out with my parents. Here is Mila’s first nap in her Nona’s arms. It probably lasted 45 minutes to the second. 45 minutes and ding, she is up. Never fails. That is just how long Mila sleeps… unless she is in that dang baby carrier.

Check out those chubby cheeks.

My new nickname for Mila is grabby. Whether eating or sleeping with me, that is what Mila does. It is like she wants to make sure that I stay put. Ava used to be a pincher and then evolved into a knuckle toucher. I wonder what grabby with evolve to?

Check out her new best friends. Right foot and left foot.

Look who is sharing her new best friend with Mila on her birthday. Lucky girl.

For Ava’s birthday, we took the girls to mini golf. Mila was really into it. ![]()

And then it was time for some birthday ice cream. Oh Mila. You’ll have to wait a few more months for your bowl. Sorry.

Now that Mila is a little more sturdy and sleeping in her crib, we converted her bassinet into a stroller. Here she is getting ready for her first stroll.
